The Superintendency of Banks – Panama (SBP) has enable the 800 – BANK CUSTOMER SERVICE (800-7897) toll free phone number as a new service to guide and help bank customers.

This service will allow bank customers to be guided and informed on their duties and rights as bank consumers. Also, it will allow them to ask our capable and trained staff on what to do in case of filing claims or complaints.

The 800 hotline will be operational from today. It is also presented to the public through our website www.superbancos.gob.pa

The above phone number, which is easy to remember, appears on this website. You can contact our Bank Customer Service office staff, anywhere nationwide, free of charge, dialing the 800 – BANK CUSTOMER SERVICE HELPDESK (800-7897).

Its business hours are from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
